Exchange or Return Policy :-

dpkart.com offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If customer is not satisfied with the order, they can easily return/exchange the product using our app itself or website. The thing we want is: product has to be in original & unused state.

Request has to be raised within 24 Hours of delivery.

In case of exchange if the the new product is of higher cost then remaining amount will be charged by customer and in case new product is of lower cost then remaining amount will be refunded to customer account within 7 working day's after the completion of entire process.

There are 2 ways to return the product :

1) Pick-Up : In mostly location we offer free pick up, you will see pick option when you submit return request. During pick up our delivery agent may Check for the quality check of return item

2) Self-shipping : If we don't offer pick up, at your location. Customer can get address from chat boat or email at support@dpkart.in to get address and we will credit shipping cost in directly to Customer's bank account after the product meets return policy and and customer needs to share scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

Following are the exceptions which we not exchange or return :
  1. Socks
  2. Undergarments
  3. Any Damaged
  4. Used Products
  5. Personal Grooming Products
  6. Any Product Which is highlighted with No Exchange or No Return

Cancellation Policy :-

Customer can cancel an order when it is in packed/ shipped status also as long as the cancel options is available on mobile app, website, M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also.

Modification Policy of Shipping address :-

Customer can modify shipping address till that time when status is in Processed state by updating in change address options which is available in My Order section.
